The Watching Hours arranges twelve handmade oyster-eye elements around a functional clock face. Each gaze occupies its own hour, transforming a familiar measure of time into a quiet, uncanny circle.
Each clock is made to order from natural shells. Shell shape, expression, iris tone, spacing, metalwork, and surface details vary while the round fifty-centimetre format, twelve-eye structure, and working clock mechanism remain fixed.
