Shipping policy

Scope

LANTHEA STUDIO LIMITED operates this store, including Shell Oracle and Lambwick. This Shipping Policy applies across the store and its shared checkout.

Processing and production time

Processing or production time is the time needed to prepare your order before dispatch. It is separate from transit time after dispatch.

Ready-to-ship items, made-to-order goods and commissions can have different preparation requirements. The processing estimate for your item is stated on the product page or in the confirmed commission information. There is no single production period that applies to every product in the store.

If you need an item for a particular event or date, contact us before ordering so that the relevant processing and delivery expectations can be discussed. A requested date is not automatically a confirmed delivery commitment.

Rush production

Where offered and agreed, the Rush Production Fee is USD 40 for priority production or processing. This is not a standalone expedited shipping fee and does not by itself guarantee a particular delivery date. Any express delivery expressly included in your confirmed order remains included. Production timing and the transport service are distinct parts of the order.

For an ordinary change-of-mind cancellation or return, the fee is normally non-refundable only once performance of the agreed rush service has actually begun. It is refundable before that service begins and where our fault causes the cancellation or return, where we cannot provide the agreed rush service, or where mandatory law requires a refund. The Refund Policy sets out the full treatment of returns, cancellation and separately charged delivery upgrades.

Transit time and delivery charges

Transit time starts after dispatch and depends on the destination, selected service and carrier. Refer to the delivery information presented for your order. Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless a specific commitment has been expressly agreed.

Applicable delivery options and charges are shown during the purchase process. If a product or confirmed order includes delivery, that arrangement applies to that purchase; this policy does not assume that every product has the same shipping charge or service.

Tracking information will be shared where it is provided by the selected delivery service. If a delivery is delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us so that we can investigate with the relevant provider and arrange an appropriate response. Carrier or customs involvement does not remove your applicable consumer rights or excuse our own fulfillment responsibilities.

Import duties, customs charges and import taxes

Import duties, customs charges, and applicable import taxes associated with normal delivery are borne by the seller. This applies to all normal delivery destinations, not only the United States.

If an exceptional destination requires a different arrangement, we will contact you before fulfillment and proceed only after confirmation. We will not treat an undisclosed exception as your automatic responsibility.

If a carrier or customs agent asks you to pay an import charge associated with normal delivery, please contact us before making payment where possible, and send us the relevant notice so that we can resolve the charge. If you have already paid, retain the receipt and contact us so that we can review and address the charge consistently with this policy. Customers are not expected to determine the correct import-tax arrangement on their own.

Any sales tax or other checkout tax shown during purchase is distinct from an unexpected carrier collection request on delivery. This does not change our responsibility for the import charges described above.

Delivery details and returns

Please provide complete and accurate delivery information and contact us promptly if it needs correction. Any necessary change to an agreed fulfillment arrangement will be discussed with you rather than treated as permission for an undisclosed additional charge.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Contact us for the correct return instructions; do not assume that the registered business address is the return destination.
